- What currency are your prices in?

The prices are in CAD (Canadian dollars). Please note that we do not deliver our products to the United States or Europe and the prices you see are in CAD, not USD.
- Why am I not getting your emails/payment instructions?

Sometimes our emails will go to your SPAM/JUNK folder. If they do, please put our email address on your "safe list". If you don't hear from us in 12 hours, email us at [email protected].
- Where do you ship?

Canada ONLY. There are no exceptions. We do NOT ship to US, EU, anywhere else. We're a proudly Canadian business, serving the Canadian bodybuilding community only.
- Where do you ship from?

We ship from Canada. No customs involved, no hassle, no risks. We do not have any international warehouses and none of the products leave Canada once you place your order.
- How do you accept payment?

- What type of mail do you use and how much do you charge for shipping?

$25 flat rate Canada Post Xpress (1-3 business days).
$50 flat rate Canada Post Priority (next business day to major cities, 2 business days elsewhere).
FREE flat rate Canada Post Xpress on ALL orders over $400. - Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, you can set a PO box as the address. In case we have any questions regarding the delivery location, we will contact you. It's not uncommon, however, so you can set a PO box as your pick-up point freely.
- Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number. You can check your order shipping status at canadapost.ca. Please note that we are not responsible for delays on Canada Post's side.
- Why is my tracking number not showing online?

It might be not registered in the system yet. The tracking number appears online 3-5 hours after the package was dropped off. Give it 5-6 hours and if you still do not see it, please contact us.
- What if Canada Post loses my package?

If Canada Post marks the package "delivered", we consider it as delivered. Statistically, a lost package is extremely rare (1-2 per 1000). If it happens, contact us with details and we’ll try to verify and resolve it.
- Is there a risk of seizure?

No. All mail shipped within Canada does not go through customs, so seizure is not possible. By federal law, domestic mail can only be opened by the receiver.
- By mistake I gave you a wrong mailing address. What happens now?

If you provided a wrong or incomplete mailing address, we will not be able to retrieve your package. Please double-check before ordering. If the package is sent back, we consider it lost.
- Is signature required on delivery?

No, unless you request it specifically. By default, no signature is required.
- What is your turnaround time?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days after clearing payment. We don’t ship on weekends. Delays are usually related to payment or weekends.
- Do you have lab tests for your products?

Yes, check our Lab Tests page for Janoshik Lab reports. Many products are independently tested. Look for the green "Lab Tested" icon on product pages.
- What if I need to return an item?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns because we do not have a mailing address in Canada. If you believe your case is unique, email us and we’ll try to help.
- Can I pick up my order?

No, Muscle Gear is strictly an online store. We do not offer in-person pickup.
- Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order as little as $20 CAD after discounts, and we’ll treat it with the same care as a bulk order.
- Is there a discount on bulk orders?

Yes. Contact us directly and we can arrange a deal for large orders.
- Can you get product X? I don't see it on your website.

If it's not listed, we don’t carry it. We maintain a curated selection and do not add new suppliers without thorough vetting.
- Can I ask you for cycle advice?

Yes! Ask our consultant via email or live chat. You can also join our Telegram Chat. Note: we never DM people first.
- Are your products safe?

We have an impeccable reputation. We only work with trusted manufacturers and provide lab test results. Safety and quality are our top priorities.
