About Testodrol

Testosterone Decanoate is one of the longest-acting Testosterone esters on the market today. Testosterone — the male sex hormone — is widely used in TRT (testosterone replacement therapy), and its primary inconvenience is that you need to inject the compound frequently. 

Decanoate ester (a “tail” on the molecule) eliminates the discomfort of frequent injections: it has a half-life of 7 to 10 days. You can inject it just once a week and maintain steady testosterone levels in your blood afterwards. 

How Does Testosterone Decanoate Work

Testosterone is essential for a whole range of male body functions, from hair growth to mental health and — most importantly — muscle development. 

When your body does not produce enough Testosterone by itself naturally, you can take Testosterone exogenously (via injections). it’s the same substance, from a different source: your body does not care that much. 

Decanoate is an ester tail: it’s an additional part of the testosterone’s molecular structure that prevents the breakdown of the substance in the body and slows down its release into blood flow (from “instant”, as it is with water-based testosterone Suspension, to 7-10 days).

Here’s a general overview of how you can use Testosterone Decanoate for TRT. Note that your personal approach might be different and it’s OK to look for your own sweet spot in terms of effects.

1. Start with 100–200 mg of Apoxar Testosterone Decanoate per injection;
2. Pin once every 10 days (thanks to longer half-life);
3. Add and adjust aromatase inhibitors if your estrogen rises too high;
4. Also, you can consider hCG if you have fertility issues and it’s a concern;
5. Get full blood work done every few months to make sure that your Testosterone levels are on point. 

NOTE: It’s best to use 23–25 gauge needles for injections, Test Decanoate is an oil-based solution and it’s hard to draw it or inject it with smaller needles. Also, you can rotate injection sites (deltoids, glutes, quads) to avoid scar tissue build-up.
