Profile (History, Chemical Structure, Characteristics)
History
For centuries people of South America have used different forms of substances extracted from Yohimbe to strengthen their sexual activity. The plant was a powerful stimulator of healthy men and women sensations. It was initially used in the form of bitter tea, made from yohimbe bark chips.
This tea was drunk by tribal warriors before battle to get rid of fear and to get strength and energy. Africans selectively used Yohimbe for war and love. Males of some tribes had to take Yohimbe as a part of the wedding ceremony and copulation procedure.
Chemical structure
Yohimbine is the main alkaloid of Yohimbe tree (Pausinystalia johimbe Pierre ex Beille), Rubiaceae family , which grows in central Africa. Yohimbine is extracted from the bark of the South American plants - White quebracho (Aspidosperma quebracho-blanco Schltr.) and Rauwolfia serpentine (Rauvolfia serpentina Benth . ex Kurz), Apocynaceae family. Yohimbe bark contains 0.5-1.5% of alkaloids of indole series. The main alkaloid is yohimbine, others - isomers of yohimbine, aymalitsin, alloyohimbin, korinantein, digidrokorinantenn, korinantin (rauhimbin).

Effects
Yohimbine is used for the increase of sexual excitation, treatment of erectile disfunction (ED), violation of sexual function caused by antidepressants therapy (by the selective inhibitors of serotonin reverse capture (SSRI)), and also violations of sexual function of general character, for men and women.
In addition, yohimbine is used by athletes to improve sport results, to lose weight, to bring down tiredness, to normalize blood pressure, to treat the neuralgia associated with diabetes, and also to treat depressions (jointly with other preparations).
Side effects
Sometimes, when you are using yohimbine and fat burners on its basis, such effects are possible: fluctuations in blood pressure and tachycardia (due to the stimulating effect on the heart, increasing the vascular bed), agitation, insomnia or drowsiness, headache, dizziness, redness of the skin (due to vasodilation). Side effects risk increases when the drug is combined with other stimulants (complex supplements).
Contraindications to the use of yohimbine: hypertension, CHD (coronary heart disease), liver disease and / or kidney problems, tachycardia, mental disorders, hypersensitivity to yohimbine.
Dosages and Uses
Dosage: 10-20mg
Doses frequency: every day
A safe dose of yohimbine is 10-20 mg. Semiejection time is about 6 hours. Take the drug with food.
Typically, the daily dose is divided into three equal parts. Athletes are advised to take one of the portions an hour before training, it will greatly increase its fat-burning effect. Many people recommend to take the drug at meal times, but it is inefficient, because yohimbine would then release a large amount of insulin, which results in excess deposition of fat. It would negate the fat burning effect of the drug, especially if it is taken with food rich in carbohydrates. It is better to take yohimbine on an empty stomach; optimally - 4 hours before eating.
Cycles (Courses)
Many people are confused with the dosage, buying tableted yohimbine. In instructions for yohimbine, it is generally recommended to take 5 mg during the meal. However, such usage scheme is suitable only for preventing impotence, and not for burning fat. The Yohimbine HLC instruction, which prescribes 15-30 mg per day, is more accurate in that sense.
To calculate the effective dose for weight loss you should multiply 0.2 mg per kilogram of body weight per day. In other words, the dosage for a 80-kg human is 16 mg per day. Standard course of the drug taking lasts 3-10 weeks.
Combined cycles
Yohimbine blocking action of the alpha-receptors, works great with drugs that strengthen the beta-receptors activity. This phenomenon is called synergy, i.e. the cumulative effect of taking two drugs taking that are more effective than taking each of them individually.
Thus, a combined course of yohimbine and clenbuterol, urged beta receptors, accelerate fat burning - both agents complement and reinforce each other's effects. The combined course is based on standard dosages that are taken for each of the fat burners. It’s important to note that joint taking of clenbuterol and yohimbine can be effective even to those people who didn't feel the effect taking each drug separately.
