What is Helios by Innovagen

Helios is a mix of several compounds acting in synergy. So, this is what you can expect from each of the ingredients of Helios:
Caffeine (50mg)
Thermogenesis and alertness are increased as a result of the stimulation of the central nervous system. This “extra energy” results in burning a few extra calories and boosting the metabolic rate. Caffeine also uses fatty acids as energy sources, and may also (for a short-term) decrease appetite.
Albuterol (2.5mg)
Albuterol is a strong thermogenic and can aid in the metabolization of fat into energy by increasing your body temperature by a fraction of a degree.
Yohimbine (2.5mg)
Yohimbine works best when it is used with diet and exercise: it’s a natural herbal compound, after all. It releases fat stored in fat cells by blocking alpha-2 receptors that inhibit fat cells (in simple terms, it “unlocks” them). Tohimbe’s effect is incredibly useful in combating so-called stubborn fat, the tissue that is otherwise notoriously hard to get rid of (including the abdominal area).
Nicotine (0.5mg)
Nicotine does not sound like a typical supplement ingredient, but it’s contained in Helios in a minuscule dose (a typical light cigarette would contain 6 to 12mg). The main role of nicotine here is just appetite suppression.
