How to Pay with Interac e-Transfer
Please complete your order by sending your payment through Interac e-Transfer using the details below.
Step 1
Log in

Open your bank’s website or mobile app.

Sign in to your account.

Find Interac e-Transfer

Look for Interac e-Transfer under Payments, Transfers, or Send Money.

Select Send Money.
Step 3
Add recipient

Choose Add new recipient (if you haven’t sent us money before).

Enter the details provided on the payment page:
- Name
- Amount
- Message

Security Question: leave blank (we use auto-deposit).
Step 4
Confirm and send

Double-check the email, amount, and message.

Send the transfer.
Step 5
Confirm your payment with Muscle Gear

Once sent, click the “I’VE SENT THE E-TRANSFER” button on the checkout page.

After that, you will receive an email with an updated status of your order within 1-3 hours, it does not usually take longer than that.

Our receiving email may change. Always use the email shown in your order confirmation page, not one from your contacts. Notes

- We have Auto-Deposit enabled, so no security question/answer is needed.
- Any changes to the details in the payment page will cause your payment to fail. Double-check before sending!
- Once the transfer is complete, click the “I’ve sent the e-Transfer” button to confirm.
